With a background in communications, media, marketing, and agriculture, Jess is a welcome addition to the global marketing and local Australia teams.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jess will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and the ABS strategy:&nbsp;<em>helping producers profit from genetic progress<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jess brings a wealth of industry experience and marketing acumen to the team, having created operational efficiencies, managed stakeholder communications, and assisted in building market driven strategies. She also has a deep understanding of the agricultural industry, having grown up farming and continues to be actively involved today in livestock management.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cJess has already been a natural fit with our team,\u201d said Marcus Rees, ABS Australia General Manager. \u201cWith her background in cattle, she understands our customers and will be an asset to helping our team connect with producers across the country.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jess has a bachelor of agribusiness degree from Marcus Oldham College.
