Appointment of new General Manager for ABS Australia

ABS is pleased to announce the promotion of Marcus Rees to General Manager of our business in Australia.

Marcus joined ABS Australia in 2014 as an Account Manager and, most recently, held the position of Regional Manager for Western Victoria.

Through his time with ABS Australia, Marcus has demonstrated customer centricity, leadership and execution and played a key role in implementing our strategic focus.

His deep, local industry and market knowledge along with his demonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate teams makes him ideally suited for the role.

As we continue to enable our strategic focus, the vision is for Marcus to take a hands-on General Manager role.

In making this appointment, the role of National Sales Manager has ceased and we thank Paul Quinlan for his contributions to ABS Australia and wish him future success.

As we make these changes, we thank James Smallwood for his role in leading ABS Australia as he moves into his new business development role with ABS in New Zealand.
