An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Warehouse team in Towcester working as a Warehouse Operative.
General warehousing duties include:
- Picking
- Packing
- Goods-in
- Goods-out and dispatch
- Stocktaking
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Job Context and Dimensions:
- To accurately put away, pick and pack liquid nitrogen stored genetic assets for Export to EU and Non-EU countries to customer country packing requirements on time
- To accurately put away, pick and pack liquid nitrogen stored genetic assets for company sites in the UK against a strict distribution deadline.
Requirements
Working hours:
Weeks 1 to 3 within the month:
- 36 hours per week, worked from Monday to Thursday
- Starting work at 7 am and ending at 4.30 pm
- 30 minutes paid lunch break on the 4 full days
Week 4 within the month:
- 40 hours per week, worked from Monday to Friday
- Monday to Thursday: Starting work at 7 am and ending at 4.30 pm
- Friday: Starting at 8 am and ending at noon
- 30 minutes paid lunch break on the 4 full days
- 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
