A Message from our Leadership to Customers: An Update on COVID-19

During this difficult time and ever-evolving situation we want you to know that Genus ABS are committed to you, our customers. The health and welfare of our staff, customers and their families, is as always, our top priority. We will continue to serve you in whatever capacity possible, whilst maintaining the health and safety of your operation, your employees and our staff. We have and will continue to follow all health regulations and guidance.

Just like you, we must continue to take care of our animals and can’t do so without healthy committed team members. We are doing everything we can to ensure our team can continue to operate, and we also want to respect how you decide to manage this situation in your business.

This means:

  • our sales team will contact you by phone and only visit you with your permission
  • our Technician and delivery teams will continue to operate as normal for as long as possible, albeit at a distance from both you and your staff whilst on farm, unless you instruct us otherwise.

The situation is evolving rapidly around the world, and we wish our team members, our customers, the entire agricultural community, and the world population that we rely on to consume our products all the best during this time.
