By signing up to attend the webinar on Wednesday 31^st March you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Eligibility to join the webinar

The webinar is free to attend.

By attending the webinar, you will:

• receive a free, limited edition St Jacobs cap (“Cap”) after the webinar, only if you advise us of your residential address (and postal address if different from residential address) in addition to your name and email address to ensure that the Cap can be delivered by a method at the discretion of ABS.
• have access to a 24-hour sales platform (“Sales Tool”), which offers a discounted rate on semen from selected ABS bulls for a 24-hour period (“Offer”). This Offer will start at 1:00pm AEDST on Wednesday 24th March and finish at 1:00pm AEDST on Thursday 25th March.  All sales and purchases of ABS product on this Sales Tool will be subject to ABS Australia’s terms and conditions, a copy of which can be accessed on our website – https://www.absglobal.com/au/company/terms-conditions-dairy/

If you sign up but do not attend the webinar you will not receive a Cap or have access to the Offer.

By signing up to the webinar, you consent to us contacting you for marketing purposes using the name and email address you have supplied in accordance with our privacy policy, a copy of which is available at https://www.genusplc.com/services/privacy-policy/.   You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting [email protected] as detailed in our privacy policy.  If you join the webinar and subsequently wish to make a purchase from the Sales Tool, in addition to your name and email address we require that you supply us with your billing and delivery address to ensure that the product can be purchased and delivered.

Offer

In order to complete an order via the Sales Tool we will run a credit check as we deem necessary in our sole discretion.

Orders must only be made by Australian buyers and you cannot purchase outside of the event.
